Get Involved
There are so many ways to get involved with our camps. A few examples are...
Give the gift of friendship and undivided attention to a child in need. Be warned though - it's not for the feint hearted! Don't worry - there's plenty of support from the staff and your fellow buddies.
Be the camp nurse, help with craft activities, take the kids snorkeling, join the drama team - the possibilities are numerous.
3. Start a Camp
If you are interested in bringing SCKC to your area, the following pre-requisites are expected:
- Attend a camp as a buddy or staff member
- Attend Director Training (held at a camp during the year)
*Note: Prospective buddies/staff are selected subsequent to interviews and application check.
